Free U.S. Shipping

  • All orders shipped within the United States include 100% free shipping.

  • No minimum purchase amount is required.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed, inspected, and packaged within 1–2 business days.

  • During peak periods or sales events, processing may extend slightly, but we always aim to ship as soon as possible.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery takes 3–4 business days after processing.

  • Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to severe weather, carrier issues, or holiday seasons.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and carrier details.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping Eligibility

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package shows “delivered” but cannot be located, contact us at contact@xenria.store.

  • We will coordinate with the carrier to help locate your order.

  • Boggs Bag Boutique is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
